What is your minimum charge?
We have a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs. thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. Rates are excluding materials and are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Our engineers can provide you with an estimate before any work is carried out at your request either verbally or in writing.

If you are a Landlord or are living in rental property, we can provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate (sometimes referred to as a landlord certificate). This certificate is required by law for all rented accommodation. Prices for this start at just £95 and we will leave you with a detailed report for your records.
